Jimmy Budge

Consultant

One of Scotland’s leading IT strategy consultants, with 35 years’ experience in both public and private sector, Jimmy works with the clients of 3 Minutes to Midnight to establish IT strategies which deliver effective IT services and efficient working practices with little impact on the planet.

Using the latest collaborative working practices can reduce heat, light, power, space required for equipment, travel requirements and carbon emissions. It can improve work/life balance for staff, provide secure data back-up services and access to the organisations full IT provision, should an incident occur. It may also be cheaper than traditional IT procurement models.

Ultimately, sustainability is at the heart of all our IT strategies, and Jimmy has a wealth of experience in working with clients to find the best solution for their organisation, as well as developing effective policies to ensure the smooth running of the IT services, allowing your organisation to concentrate on its core business.

• IT Strategy for a Scottish-based Local Authority

• Mentoring and career development of several IT Managers

• Service delivery consultancy and strategic input for YMCA England.
